Jordy Kerwick (b. 1982) is a self-taught Australian painter whose raw, emotionally charged canvases have earned him a devoted international following. Working from his studio in the south of France, Kerwick creates large-scale paintings that oscillate between figuration and abstraction — animals, interiors, and imagined landscapes rendered in bold, gestural strokes.

Largely self-taught, Kerwick's rise has been meteoric: from posting work on Instagram to selling out shows at galleries in New York, London, and Paris within a decade. His work commands significant prices at auction and is held in major private collections across Europe, the United States, and Australia.
