A personal point of view
The work begins
with curiosity.
Philippe Hoerle-Guggenheim is the founder and director of The Sphere Gallery, founded in New York in 2015. His career has been guided by a belief in art’s ability to open conversations: between historical and emerging practices, physical and digital experience, private collecting and public life.
That belief has shaped a broad curatorial practice. From early work with HG Contemporary to today’s Sphere Gallery, Philippe has championed artists, built exhibitions around new ideas, and created encounters where art meets technology, architecture, advocacy, and everyday life.

Art and artificial intelligence
HG Contemporary presented AICAN’s Faceless Portraits Transcending Time, a solo exhibition that helped bring the possibilities of AI-generated art into the contemporary-gallery conversation.
